Where Compassion Meets Quality...

The Christian life can be difficult. Jesus promised it would be (Matt. 10:22, Lk. 14:27, Jn. 16:33, etc.), but not for the reasons we often expect. It's very easy, if not normal to feel lost. Often times we can't see the difference between before we became a Christian and after.  But it doesn't have to be like that. Through coaching we can work together to help discover and remove the barriers that hinder our growth and walk with God.

Professional Background

Greetings! My name is Tyler. I've served in multiple churches over the past decade in various capacities. I've lead and coordinated church events, worked as a youth group assistant for over a year and a half, and served in retreat settings. I've taught taught across various platforms to a wide range of audiences from teenagers to full congregations.

Vocationally I've worked at a 211 and 988 National Suicide and Crisis hotline. In my three years there I've served as the overnight and evening shift lead and have taken over 13,000 calls. My work involves emotionally consoling and aiding everyone from children being abused at home (and needing to get DCF/CPS involved), to young adults just starting out struggling with life, to individuals contemplating suicide, and anything else in between. Because of this, I've encountered the most tangible and worst of human suffering. While I haven't lived it personally, I've felt the pain and seen first hand how life can be from the thousands of callers. There've been high intense situations ranging from helping callers plan to escape domestic violence to those who had nothing left to live for and were self-harming on the call. I've helped people navigate through drug use and addictions (including pornography) to finding their inner strength and what next steps to take. Admittedly, every call did not end happily, but no matter what you come to me with, I'm confident with your determination and the help of God, we can collaborate together to help you overcome the trials of life!
